So this week has been abit full on but great! Training in the gym everyday and on Tuesday my Girls European Handball team remains undefeated! :) I’ve also put my name down for opens euro so hopefully i make the cut for the team. On Wednesday I raced Cross country and came second! and now tomorrow I have a Touch footy knock-out comp. Good way to end the week. Hope you all had a lovely week. x
yes i am aware but it really doesn’t have a massive amout of it, and i really don’t mind because i just want my body to have the protein and energy. I’m also 14 so my body also needs 1-3 servings of sugarey stuff each day. I’ve also spoken to my PE teacher about it and he said thats its fine and its not as bad as that, we’ve reasearched this stuff for PASS (sport elective) and it seems alright. Thanks for letting me know though :)
So this past week was just a normal week. Play european handball on tuesday and we won 6 - 0. Great work to my girls! but i got smashed in the face really bad by the hardest euro ball ever! I’ve also been training for my cross country that is coming up on wednesday so hopefully i come first this year. Yesterday i was ment to do my cha cha dance assessment for pe but my partner had a football match so i have to do it on monday now. And today i brought some stuff from Just Sport store! And ontop of that i’ve had 2 english exams and an assignment done in that week. I’ve got an intense week coming up.
• Monday: Cha Cha assessment + gym/training
• Tuesday: European Handball + light training
• Wednesday: School cross country + helping out all day
• Thursday: break day + abit of gym
• Friday: All day knockout touch football comp
